Users can upload their own prompts and images to share with the community, and access subscription features for image generation.

By uploading prompts, images, or other content ("User Content") to PromptBoard, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your User Content on our platform.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to share the content you upload, and that it does not violate any third-party rights or laws.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

We offer subscription plans (Free, Basic, Pro) that grant access to credits for generating images directly on our app. Payments are processed securely via our payments partner, Razorpay.

By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the agreed amount. You can cancel your subscription at any time; however, access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the platform for any illegal purpose, or to upload content that is harmful, offensive, or violates our community guidelines. We reserve the right to remove any content and ban any user who violates these terms.

5. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will indicate the date of the last revision at the top of this page. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
