This policy applies to all subscription plans and credit purchases made on PromptBoard.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings page.

• Effect of Cancellation: If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. You will not be charged for the next cycle.
• No Partial Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products (AI image generation and prompt access), we generally do not offer refundsonce services have been used (e.g., credits spent, images generated).

However, exceptions may be made in the following cases:

• Technical Error: If you were charged due to a technical error (e.g., double charge), we will issue a full refund.
• Service Unavailability: If our service is down for an extended period (more than 24 hours), pro-rated refunds may be considered.

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the transaction date by contacting support.
